CAREFUL WITH ORDER ADDRESSING:
Saeli will ship the products to the address requested by the customer. Therefore, to avoid any problems with the delivery of your order, please pay attention when filling in the address where you wish to receive your order.
RECIPIENT ABSENT:
Please ensure someone is at the address to receive your products. The Post Office makes three delivery attempts. If no one is at the address to receive the package on any of these attempts, the package will be taken to the nearest Post Office branch, and in this case, the recipient will need to pick up the package at the Post Office branch within 7 calendar days. If the recipient does not pick up the package, according to Post Office regulations, the package will be returned, and a new shipping fee will be required for resending the product.
All details related to delivery efforts, as well as the address of the Post Office branch where the recipient should pick up their package in case of absence at the address, are recorded in the order tracking, which can be followed on the Post Office website using the tracking code provided by the store.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS:
Saeli is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete destination addresses provided for orders placed in the store. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, according to postal service regulations, the package will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made to that address.
If delivery is not completed due to a discrepancy in the address provided by the customer, the customer is not entitled to a refund and will be required to pay for new shipping.
PROCESSING TIME:
After your order is placed and payment is received in our system, the next steps are: order picking, packaging, and shipping. This process usually takes about 7 to 10 business days.
TRACKING CODE DELIVERY TIME:
You will receive the tracking code in the email registered during the purchase within 7 business days after your order is processed.

DELIVERY TIME:
The delivery time is 10 to 30 business days after the order is shipped. However, adverse factors such as postal strikes, inability to deliver due to weather conditions or high-risk areas, national holidays, and taxed products may increase the delivery time by a few days.
SHIPPING METHODS:
Products are always delivered by mail; however, in some cases, such as absent recipients, regions with delivery limitations, or even incorrect addresses, the customer may have to pick up the product at the nearest post office to their residence. All of this will be communicated via email.
If the address is not filled in correctly, the product may be returned to the sender. We ask for extra attention when filling in the address. If there is any error in filling in the address and the product cannot be delivered, the customer is responsible.
The postal service makes three delivery attempts; if they are unable to complete the delivery, the product will be available for collection at the nearest post office for up to 7 days. After this period, the product is returned to the sender.
Customs Duties and Taxes
Customer Responsibility: If an order placed on our website is taxed or subject to customs duties or additional taxes, the customer is fully responsible for covering these costs. These amounts are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and vary according to the value of the product and other factors.

No Tax Refund: If an order is refused or held by customs due to unpaid taxes, we will not be responsible for refunding the product price or any customs fees incurred.
